Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations from our Rockport, TX office. This role is pivotal in managing our existing footprint while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Experience
Proven Experience: Must have a robust background in operations management including significant experience in territory expansion and sales strategy execution within any industry. Multi-Location Management: Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams. Business Acumen: Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and ability to manage P&L responsibilities. Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery across multiple service locations.
- Territory and Sales Management: Leverage experience in territory expansion to drive sales growth. Oversee sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
- Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff across different locations, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
- Financial Management: Control budgets, manage financial performance, and ensure profitable operations while maintaining service quality.
- Compliance: Work with our pest control experts to ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
