Experience
* 5–7 years of experience in software development. * At least 3 years in a solutions architect or technical leadership role.
Job Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Technical Leadership: Lead development teams, providing technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on coding support when needed.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Systems Integration: Design and manage the integration of complex systems across platforms, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to support business goals and project requirements.
- Code Reviews: Oversee and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
