Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial property transactions from initial instruction to completion
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, sale agreements, and development documentation
- Advise clients on property finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments across a range of property portfolios
- Liaise with stakeholders including developers, financiers, government bodies, and other legal professionals
- Provide strategic advice on property-related disputes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
