Experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s and bar’s operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet long-term goals.
- Set performance targets for all departments and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
- Control operational costs, including supplies, staffing, and utilities.
- Establish and uphold the restaurant’s standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle all major customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Create and manage budgets, reviewing financial performance regularly.
- Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports for the Board/CEO detailing operational status and financial performance.
- And any other role as assigned by the line manager.
