We are currently recruiting for two leading commercial property agencies in Melbourne. Both are highly respected businesses with strong brand presence, established portfolios, and supportive team cultures. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Assistant Commercial Property Managers / Junior Asset Managers to join their teams and support the management of commercial portfolios.

Working alongside experienced Senior Property Managers, you will assist with the day-to-day management of commercial assets, building strong landlord and tenant relationships while gaining exposure to asset strategy and portfolio performance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone transitioning from residential property management or for a candidate with some commercial experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of commercial property portfolios
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Supporting lease administration and documentation
• Assisting with arrears management and reporting
• Conducting inspections
• Preparing owner reports and general portfolio administration
• Supporting asset performance initiatives

About You

• Previous experience in residential property management or exposure to commercial property
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional presentation and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Agents Rep Certificate or relevant qualification (preferred)
• Ambition to build a long-term career in commercial property
