Work-mode: On-site, five-day rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)

Location: Limassol or Larnaca, Cyprus

Salary: €1,700 gross per month, plus monthly bonuses of up to €300

Our client is a leading provider of turnkey online gaming solutions, supporting casino and sportsbook operators with a full range of services, from platform and player management to payments and customer care.

The company is looking for a motivated and dynamic Player Relationship Officer to join its team, working five-day rotating shifts across three time slots: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 and 00:00–08:00.

The successful candidate will build relationships with players, encourage and expand their activity, and make sure responsible gaming procedures are applied in line with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Apply responsible gaming procedures in line with regulations
• Review player accounts attentively to make sure players are playing responsibly
• Apply responsible gaming regulations in a timely manner, following internal procedures
• Handle responsible gaming events as they arise
• Expand players' game play activity
• Proactively contact potential players
• Initiate player interaction over chat, email and phone

Requirements

• Very good command of English, or native-level proficiency
• Previous experience in customer service, player support, retention or a related field
• A gaming background will be considered a big advantage
• Able to work five-day rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 or 00:00–08:00
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• European citizenship
