Our client is an international group of natural skincare and supplement brands, launching its first holistic beauty, healing and longevity clinic in Paphos, with wellness, recovery and medical and aesthetic care under one roof.

The company is looking for a founding Lead Doctor to set the medical direction of the clinic: ideally a general practitioner with a real interest in holistic and natural approaches to health.

The successful candidate will investigate the root cause of clients' health issues through blood work and stool tests, build personal protocols, and lead a clinical team alongside nurses and nutrition, exercise and breathwork specialists. They will also act as the responsible doctor for the clinic's medical licence.

Responsibilities

• See clients and review their blood work and stool tests in depth
• Find root causes behind issues such as gut problems and autoimmune conditions
• Build personal protocols: diet and elimination diets, supplements, herbs, and antimicrobial and herbal protocols
• Recommend and prescribe IV therapies, including vitamin C, and oversee their safe delivery
• Recommend the right therapies and procedures, such as hyperbaric oxygen and red light, alongside exercise, breathwork and meditation
• Lead hormone health for men and women, including menopause and testosterone, with natural approaches first
• Support the beauty side, including facial therapies and hair-loss treatments
• Set the medical standards of the clinic and lead the clinical team
• Act as the responsible doctor for the clinic's medical licence

Requirements

• Qualified medical doctor, registered or eligible to register with the Cyprus Medical Council
• General practitioner background (ideal)
• Experience working with the gut microbiome and how the gut shapes the immune system and autoimmune conditions
• Genuine interest in holistic health, alternative medicine and herbs, and in treating naturally wherever possible
• Very experienced in this way of working, or deeply curious and open to changing how you practise
• Interest in biohacking and new technology, and in helping people look and feel younger with more energy
• Experience leading a team and working closely with nurses
• Fluent English
• Advantageous: training in functional, integrative or longevity medicine
• Advantageous: hands-on experience with IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen or red light therapy
• Advantageous: experience in hormone therapy for men and women
• Advantageous: experience in aesthetic or regenerative medicine, such as PRP for skin and hair
• Advantageous: Greek and/or Russian
