Our client is an international group of natural skincare and supplement brands, launching its first holistic beauty, healing and longevity clinic in Paphos, with wellness, recovery and medical and aesthetic care under one roof.

The company is looking for a founding Lead Nurse who sees the body as a whole, and who will grow into leading a nursing team of five to six.

The successful candidate will treat clients hands-on, deliver IV therapy and natural aesthetic treatments, and help the lead doctor build treatment protocols while working towards leading the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IV therapy and take blood samples
• Perform facial and skin treatments, with a focus on natural aesthetics
• Perform hair and scalp treatments for hair loss and hair quality
• Operate and supervise biohacking equipment such as hyperbaric oxygen, red light and cryotherapy
• Help build treatment protocols together with the lead doctor
• Advise clients on therapies, treatments and lifestyle, including diet, supplements, sleep and stress
• Build, train and lead the team of nurses
• Set and maintain clinical standards: hygiene, safety, records and emergency readiness

Requirements

• Qualified nurse, registered or eligible to register with the Cyprus Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Confident, practical experience with IVs and cannulation
• Working in holistic health already, or genuinely curious about it and open to a different way of working from mainstream nursing
• Interest in longevity as a whole: nutrition, supplements, sleep, stress, therapies and natural aesthetics
• Some leadership experience, and the wish to lead a team
• Warm and calm with clients, careful and precise in clinical work
• Fluent English
• Advantageous: training or experience in aesthetic nursing (PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling, skin and laser treatments)
• Advantageous: training in holistic, functional or integrative health
• Advantageous: experience with IV vitamin therapy, hyperbaric oxygen or red light therapy
• Advantageous: has led a nursing team before, and Greek and/or Russian
