Our client is a specialised regulatory, compliance and corporate advisory firm supporting regulated financial services businesses across Cyprus and multiple international jurisdictions.
The firm works with investment firms, investment fund managers, crypto-asset businesses, family offices and other regulated financial institutions, providing specialist support across regulatory compliance, licensing, internal audit and related advisory matters.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs), Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) and evolving regulatory frameworks while working alongside experienced compliance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review regulatory reports and monitor reporting deadlines for CIF and CASP clients
- Develop an understanding of new and existing legislation, CySEC Circulars and regulatory requirements
- Monitor CIF and CASP clients to support their ongoing compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
- Assist the Regulatory Compliance team with the preparation of annual compliance reports, manuals, policies and other regulatory documentation
- Support internal audit engagements involving regulated financial services clients
- Participate in on-site inspections of CIF and CASP clients
- Assist in identifying compliance weaknesses and deficiencies and preparing appropriate recommendations
- Monitor regulatory developments and support the team in assessing their impact on clients
- Assist with the preparation of training materials relating to applicable regulatory frameworks
- Support operational activities, including the preparation of social media content and handling of education-related requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure assigned work is completed within applicable regulatory deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business or another relevant discipline
- Excellent written English and strong drafting capabilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to develop technical regulatory knowledge
- Proactive approach with the confidence to identify and escalate significant matters
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- 1+ years of professional experience within Regulatory Compliance will be considered an advantage, but is not essential
