Salary: €1,300 – €1,800 gross per month, paid in 13 salaries (depending on experience)
Our client is an established professional services firm providing a broad range of accounting, audit, tax, corporate and advisory services to local and international clients. The firm combines extensive industry experience with a professional, client-focused approach and maintains high standards of integrity, confidentiality and quality.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and departments while assisting with client communication, correspondence, meetings and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managers, senior staff and departments
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls, take messages and ensure information is communicated appropriately
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors in person, by telephone and via email
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Liaise with clients and professional associates as required
- Schedule appointments and organise meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and assist with the preparation of reports
- Arrange business travel, itineraries and accommodation when required
- Maintain and update internal databases and records
- Type, format and draft documents, correspondence and reports
- Handle filing, photocopying, scanning and other general administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance across the office
- Support colleagues with additional administrative requirements as needed
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or another related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative position
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using standard office equipment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional attitude and presentation, with a pleasant and courteous approach
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Resourceful and proactive approach when dealing with day-to-day issues
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a professional environment
