Work-mode: Hybrid (2 days from home after probation)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Working Hours: 38-hour working week, flexible working hours, with the option to start your day anytime between 7:30am and 9:00am. Standard working schedule: Monday: 8.5 hours; Tuesday – Thursday: 8 hours per day; Friday: 5.5-hour working day; and summer working hours (1 June – 31 August): Monday: 9 hours; Tuesday & Thursday: 8.5 hours; Wednesday & Friday: 6-hour working days.
Salary: €1400 gross per month, 13 salaries (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the preparation of accounting records, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, with excellent opportunities for ongoing training and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Record invoices, receipts, and payments accurately within the accounting system
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
- Process journal entries and ensure business transactions are recorded correctly
- Prepare debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Assist with payroll preparation for a portfolio of clients
- Organise accounting work to meet reporting deadlines and client requirements
- Maintain regular communication with senior team members regarding the progress of assigned work
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day client accounting activities
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good understanding of accounting principles and VAT
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and CaseWare will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- LCCI Intermediate or Higher will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
