Our client manages a high-rise residential development in the heart of Limassol's tourist area, just 100 metres from the sea, offering 1-4 bedroom residences to owners and short-term guests alike. With a strong focus on hospitality and service quality, the business is looking to grow its front desk team with a professional and friendly Receptionist.
As a key member of the Front Desk team, you'll be the face of the building — welcoming residents and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. You'll also provide remote support to a sister property and act as the liaison between guests and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Be part of the Front Desk team and carry out on-going front desk duties.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing an optimal level of service and hospitality.
- Make and confirm reservations for guests, in person, by phone, or online.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest requests and concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Complete any tasks or reports requested by management.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the rental scheme and which apartments are involved.
- Work closely with the reservations team, handling reservation requests, special events, and more.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; a qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality is an advantage.
- 1-2 years' previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer software.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication in both Greek and English.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday (5 shifts per week, 8am-5pm, two days off per week).
