Job Summary

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: Up to €21,500 gross per annum (paid in 13 instalments)

Our client manages a high-rise residential development in the heart of Limassol's tourist area, just 100 metres from the sea, offering 1-4 bedroom residences to owners and short-term guests alike. With a strong focus on hospitality and service quality, the business is looking to grow its front desk team with a professional and friendly Receptionist.

As a key member of the Front Desk team, you'll be the face of the building — welcoming residents and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. You'll also provide remote support to a sister property and act as the liaison between guests and internal teams.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-service-minded professional to join a friendly, supportive team with real opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Front Desk team and carry out on-going front desk duties.
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing an optimal level of service and hospitality.
  • Make and confirm reservations for guests, in person, by phone, or online.
  • Process payments and issue invoices.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest requests and concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Complete any tasks or reports requested by management.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the rental scheme and which apartments are involved.
  • Work closely with the reservations team, handling reservation requests, special events, and more.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; a qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer software.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication in both Greek and English.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday (5 shifts per week, 8am-5pm, two days off per week).

Benefits

  • Double pay for Sunday shifts.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • 21 days of paid annual leave.
  • 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
  • Opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  • Friendly and supportive work environment.
