Salary: €19,500 - €24,000 gross per annum (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)

The firm works with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, including multinational organisations, investment groups, privately owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will support a broad range of transfer pricing engagements, working with international clients on documentation, economic analysis, benchmarking studies, and advisory projects. This role offers excellent exposure to cross-border tax matters and provides a strong platform for building a long-term career within transfer pricing and international taxation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies, and components of Master Files
- Support economic and financial analyses, including data collection, comparables searches, and benchmarking analyses
- Prepare analyses and supporting documentation for transfer pricing audits and controversy projects
- Conduct research on transfer pricing guidelines, OECD principles, BEPS initiatives, and international tax developments
- Support the day-to-day delivery of transfer pricing engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion
- Assist with client presentations, proposals, and transfer pricing updates
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical research projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across tax, advisory, and corporate services teams on cross-functional engagements
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- ADIT or other professional qualification will be considered an advantage
- 1–3 years of relevant transfer pricing experience within a professional services firm or corporate environment
- Recent graduates with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in transfer pricing may also be considered
- Foundational understanding of transfer pricing methodologies, benchmarking principles, and international tax concepts
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with transfer pricing databases and software will be considered an advantage
