This role focuses on acquiring and developing new small business clients (companies with up to 10 employees) through proactive field sales and relationship-building activities. The successful candidate will receive extensive training on products, services, and sales techniques, ensuring they feel fully prepared and confident before independently engaging with customers.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on SOHO clients
Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily field activity plans to maximise market coverage
Conduct regular road trips and face-to-face meetings with prospective business clients
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Promote and sell the company’s telecom and technology solutions to business clients
Understand customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals
Maintain professional and high-quality customer interactions at all times
Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, field sales, or B2B sales will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and proactive personality with a hunter mentality
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
- Interest in technology and telecom solutions
- Highly organised and resilient professional
- Clean driving licence
- Fluent in Greek and English
