The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and technical execution of residential and commercial projects, working closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery from concept through to construction.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate architectural drawings, technical submissions, material samples, and construction documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor the design development process across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
- Develop architectural drawings, technical details, presentations, models, and renderings to support project coordination and decision-making
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent
- Participate in coordination meetings, progress meetings, and technical workshops with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Review consultant and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and planning requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support efficient project execution and minimise design conflicts
- Support the evaluation of design changes, technical solutions, and value engineering proposals
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction methodologies, materials, and technologies to support project quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and building regulations
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM software
- Experience in sustainable or green building projects will be considered an advantage
- Membership with a relevant professional body such as ETEK or RICS will be considered an advantage
- Strong design, presentation, communication, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively within project teams
