Salary: Up to €42,000 gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting business software solutions focused on process automation and systems integration. The role combines technical development, integration expertise, and business process understanding to deliver high-quality SAP solutions for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom SAP solutions including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and Fiori applications
• Write and optimise SQL queries and backend processes to support custom development initiatives
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to create scalable and maintainable applications
• Utilise SAP enhancement tools including BADI, User Exits, and the Enhancement Framework
• Develop and manage integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and OData services
• Work with SAP CPI middleware to support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Expose backend data through OData services for Fiori application consumption
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation activities
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations
• Implement role-based access control and authentication mechanisms such as SAML
• Provide technical support and issue resolution across backend and frontend environments
• Stay updated with the latest SAP, ABAP, and SAPUI5/Fiori technologies and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge or experience with APIs and web services such as OData and SOAP will be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and business writing abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Adaptability and ability to work in dynamic project environments
• Fluent in English
