Salary: Up to €42,000 gross per annum (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions, supporting end-to-end supply chain and sales & distribution processes through configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

This role offers exposure to full project lifecycle delivery, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Support presales activities, including demos, solution presentations, and discovery workshops
• Contribute to Scope of Work (SoW) preparation, including project deliverables, timelines, and effort estimation
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP configuration and solution designs
• Configure SAP modules for assigned workstreams in line with best practices and project standards
• Conduct internal testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities
• Participate in sprint sessions to validate configurations and gather client feedback
• Prepare and deliver user training sessions, manuals, and documentation
• Support or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration activities
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure operational continuity
• Analyse and implement change requests and enhancements, tracking progress against SLAs
• Manage Jira tickets, timesheets, and project-related reporting
• Support internal digital transformation and SAP enhancement initiatives
• Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors where required
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and GDPR standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions, particularly within Supply Chain and Sales & Distribution modules
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
