Job Summary

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: Hybrid (2 days working from home per week)

Location: Nicosia, Larnaca & Paralimni, Cyprus

Salary: €2,400 – €2,800 gross per month + monthly commissions (approximately €800)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Business Sales Account Manager to support the growth of its B2B client portfolio across the Nicosia, Larnaca, and Paralimni regions.


The successful candidate will focus on developing long-term business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored telecom and technology solutions to corporate clients.


This role is ideal for a strong relationship-builder with a proven background in B2B sales, account management and people management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve sales targets
  • Utilise an existing professional network to generate new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell company products and services to both existing and prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom and technology solutions
  • Manage client relationships professionally and proactively
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach
  • Represent the company positively within the marketplace and business community
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company’s B2B sales portfolio


Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Account Management or a related B2B sales role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a target-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge or interest in telecom and technology solutions
  • Organised and results-oriented professional able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Valid driving licence
  • Fluent in Greek and English
