Salary: €3,000 - €3,200 gross per month + commission (OTE approximately €4,400+ per month)

They seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join its growing B2B Sales team in Limassol.
This role is focused exclusively on new business development and client acquisition, making it ideal for a strong hunter profile with experience identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the B2B market
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and market research
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and contracts to prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Represent the company professionally within the marketplace and business community
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Contribute to the continued growth of the company’s B2B client portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong track record in hunting and acquiring new clients
- Existing professional network within Cyprus will be considered a strong advantage
- Experience or interest in telecom or technology solutions preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage opportunities
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in Russian would be considered an advantage
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Valid driving licence
