Job Summary

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: Hybrid (2 days working from home per week)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €3,000 - €3,200 gross per month + commission (OTE approximately €4,400+ per month)

They seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join its growing B2B Sales team in Limassol.


This role is focused exclusively on new business development and client acquisition, making it ideal for a strong hunter profile with experience identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the B2B market
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and market research
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and contracts to prospective clients
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally within the marketplace and business community
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the company’s B2B client portfolio


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong track record in hunting and acquiring new clients
  • Existing professional network within Cyprus will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience or interest in telecom or technology solutions preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage opportunities
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in Russian would be considered an advantage
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Valid driving licence
