Salary: €3,000 gross per month + commission (averaging ~€800/month) (salary is negotiable, depending on experience)
Our client is one of the largest and most recognised telecommunications companies in Cyprus, part of a wider European group and the holder of multiple industry awards for network excellence. With a team of over 350 professionals and a culture built around innovation, people, and continuous development, the business is expanding its offering into the premium and VIP client space.
This is a newly created role, working closely with the Director of Commercial to build and deliver a white-glove service offering for high-net-worth individuals and elite clients across Cyprus. The successful candidate will own the entire VIP client relationship - from onboarding through to ongoing service delivery - ensuring a highly personalised, discreet, and exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
A strong fit for someone who has spent their career operating at the top end of the market - whether in luxury hospitality, private banking, or senior account management - and who brings an established network of affluent, high-value clients with them.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage the premium mobile plan proposition for high-value individuals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, delivering white-glove service and personalised support
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with premium clients, proactively identifying and meeting their needs
- Identify and onboard new high-value prospects, supporting the Sales Director in business development initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams - sales, technical support, customer care, and network - to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage escalations and ensure swift, effective resolution of any issues affecting VIP clients
- Develop and execute retention strategies for the premium client segment
- Monitor service performance, client feedback, and usage trends to continuously improve the offering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Private Banking, or Senior Account Management - an established network of high-net-worth individuals is essential
- A service-first mindset - mandatory; this is not a traditional sales role
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with C-level executives and elite clientele
- Absolute commitment to client privacy and data security
- Fluent in English and Greek, Russian is a significant advantage in the Cyprus HNW market
- Telecommunications experience is a plus, but not required
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
