Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a full caseload from intake through to resolution — working within a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a full personal injury caseload from intake to resolution, including depositions, motions, trials, hearings, negotiations, and settlement closings
- Apply expert-led litigation frameworks, including agility reviews, focus group testing, and strategic case refinement
- Collaborate with experts and support staff to build high-value, compelling arguments across personal injury, accident, labour law, and premises liability matters
- Lead negotiations and leverage trial preparation to maximise case value
- Provide exceptional client communication throughout the life of each case
- Appear as legal counsel at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings
- Manage a team of paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, and legal secretaries
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Gather and review insurance policies, medical records, medical expenses, and other case evidence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across the firm's case management system
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active New York State Bar admission
- Minimum 5 years of experience representing plaintiffs in substantial personal injury litigation
- Trial experience across wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation — essential
- Strong knowledge of personal injury and tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil law, and medical malpractice
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in negotiation
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a demanding caseload across multiple matters simultaneously
- Proficiency with case management systems and legal research tools
- High-initiative, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for client advocacy
