Our client is one of Cyprus' leading property development and management firms, with over 20 years of delivering high-end projects across the island. The business has built a strong reputation for quality, design excellence, and large-scale mixed-use developments spanning both residential and commercial spaces.

Their Design Department is expanding, and they are now looking for a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join the team in Limassol and contribute to some of the most prestigious development projects in the region.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors
• Prepare client presentations, including finishes, FF&E selections, and material boards
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and lead times, and assist in cost evaluation
• Participate in and progressively lead client presentations and follow-ups
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and product innovations
• Uphold company values, design standards, and internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical ability
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of 3D software is an advantage
• Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
