Our client is a well-established, family-run professional services firm with over 35 years of successful operation in Cyprus. With a team of around 15 professionals, the firm offers audit, accounting, tax, advisory, and financial reporting services to both local and international clients. A member of recognised international and professional bodies, the firm is known for its high ethical standards, collaborative culture, and personalised approach to client service.


They are now looking to hire a Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including typing, telephone management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and manage daily office correspondence and routine operational matters
  • Communicate daily with local and international clients, providing information and clarification on the firm's services
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls
  • Manage and maintain the filing system, ensuring paperwork is filed accurately and in good order
  • Type and copy documents as required
  • Prepare invoices, letters, and various other documents
  • Coordinate and control office stationery and consumables
  • Prepare for and support the organisation of meetings
  • Perform any other duties as requested


Requirements

  • College degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken — knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Computer-literate with strong multitasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond efficiently
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
