Salary: Up to €27,500 gross per annum (13 salaries - negotiable, depending on experience)
Our client is a well-established law and corporate services firm based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The firm provides a full suite of corporate, legal, and financial services to an international client base - including company formation, corporate governance, compliance, and advisory services. With a strong reputation built over many years, the firm operates at a high standard and is known for its professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to add a Corporate Administrator to their Nicosia office — a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of legal, compliance, and corporate management.
This is a solid opportunity for someone with corporate services experience who wants to work within a structured, professional environment handling a varied and technically interesting portfolio of work.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and company representatives for day-to-day transactions and requests
- Review and update companies' KYC files in line with local regulations and the firm's internal control policies
- Review, draft, and execute legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, Agreements, Resolutions, and other documents as required
- Liaise with lawyers for the preparation of legal documents and provision of supporting documentation
- Organise board meetings and attend and keep minutes
- Open bank accounts and liaise with clients and banks for FATCA classification of entities
- Review bank forms, prepare payment instructions, monitor bank accounts, and obtain bank reports
- Incorporate companies and file changes with the Registrar, including ordering of certificates
- Prepare interest calculations and assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Liaise with auditors in connection with the audit of financial statements, providing clarifications and supporting documents
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role
- Good working knowledge of AML legislation and its application in KYC and transaction reviews
- Understanding of basic accounting principles — an advantage
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Computer literate
