Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of companies, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer a portfolio of companies on a daily basis
- Draft and review corporate documentation
- Assist with and handle the administrative aspects of corporate transactions
- Maintain ongoing and effective communication with clients
- Prepare documentation required for the incorporation of new companies
- Register companies with the Registrar of Companies, including completion of relevant forms
- Support the integration and maintenance of electronic filing systems
- Ensure compliance with KYC procedures and internal policies
- Maintain and update internal records and company files
- Assist with the submission of documents and applications to public authorities
- Handle updates and filings related to the UBO registry and trust registry (CySEC)
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Corporate Governance, or Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of AML regulations and KYC procedures will be considered an advantage
