Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: Hybrid (On-site Wednesdays)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: Starting from €2,200 gross per month (negotiable, depending on experience)


Our client is a well-established and fast-growing provider of turnkey solutions within the online gaming industry, offering casino and sportsbook platforms, CRM systems, player management, and operational support to international partners.


With a strong focus on innovation, performance, and scalability, the company operates in a data-driven environment where marketing and customer lifecycle management play a critical role in growth.


This is not a traditional CRM or account management role. We are specifically looking for candidates with a marketing, growth, or lifecycle CRM background


The CRM Campaign Executive will focus on campaign execution, performance, and optimisation across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and lifecycle campaigns.

The role is ideal for someone with a marketing, growth, or lifecycle CRM background, who is comfortable working with data, segmentation, and automation tools to drive engagement and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Create and execute monthly promotional plans and marketing campaigns
  • Configure, test, and launch campaign offers across multiple channels
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce data-driven reports
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance insights
  • Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across channels including email, SMS, web push, and pop-ups
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness


Requirements

  • Experience in campaign management (email, SMS, push, lifecycle marketing)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation and data extraction
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (particularly for email templates)
  • Experience with marketing automation / CRM tools in a campaign execution context
  • High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
