Job Summary

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary: Starting from €1,800 gross per month (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)

The Compliance Officer will support the business in maintaining regulatory standards across products and operations. The role involves monitoring content, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements, including AML procedures.


This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in compliance within the online gaming sector.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance across all related products
  • Analyse content across websites and gaming platforms to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Compile and review compliance-related data during content audits
  • Assist with AML processes and related compliance activities
  • Process DPO/SAR requests in line with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding compliance matters
  • Monitor and scan active content to ensure it meets compliance standards while maintaining quality
  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring and internal procedures


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (online gaming industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess data
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and AML regulations
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
