Salary: Up to €26,000 gross per annum (paid in 13 salaries) + commission

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales and expanding the company’s client and partner network. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting the company’s projects both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals while expanding the associates’ network
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-ups, using CRM and Outlook
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking
- Maximise opportunities throughout the sales process to successfully close deals
- Explore market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries, using technical selling methods and product knowledge
- Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with business owners, decision-makers, potential buyers, and associates
- Handle negotiations related to the sale and purchase of real estate, identifying and developing commercial opportunities to increase revenue
- Travel internationally when required to attend meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans where needed
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Advise on upcoming product developments and special promotions
- Report directly to the Sales & Business Development Director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (real estate experience considered an advantage)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
