Our client is a well-established boutique law firm based in Nicosia, recognised for advising local and international clients on corporate, banking and finance, and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will work on a range of corporate, banking and finance transactions, supporting clients on financing structures, security arrangements, and related corporate matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, refinancing, and restructuring matters
- Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation
- Prepare and advise on Cyprus-law security packages, including charges, pledges, guarantees and assignments
- Draft and review memorandum and articles of association, corporate authorisations, and powers of attorney
- Prepare and review conditions precedent documentation, including corporate registers, incumbency certificates and related corporate materials
- Liaise with local and international banks, financial institutions, clients and external legal counsel
- Manage assigned matters and contribute to the delivery of complex transactional workstreams
- Support the legal team in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate and finance transactions
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Cyprus Bar
- 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience, primarily in Banking & Finance law
- Experience gained within a reputable Cyprus law firm or comparable international practice
- Strong understanding of Cyprus banking and finance law and market practice
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Greek
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused approach
