This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 5-day working week, with 1 in 4 weekends off.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As Car Sales Manager, you will lead, coach and motivate a sales team to deliver strong commercial performance, excellent customer outcomes and consistently high standards across the dealership.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting team development, maintaining compliance standards and ensuring every customer receives a professional, positive and transparent experience.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support strong customer satisfaction results.

• Ensure sales processes are followed consistently and in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance standards.

• Support the management of enquiries, appointments, conversions and sales activity.

• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, stock management and dealership appearance.

• Work collaboratively with central support teams to maximise opportunities and improve customer retention.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Manager, Sales Controller or senior automotive sales professional.

• A proven track record of leading, motivating and developing sales teams.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

• A good understanding of FCA requirements and the importance of fair customer outcomes.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven dealership environment.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Salary up to £60,000 per year.
