𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

As People Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, supporting decision-making, improving people performance, and driving positive change.

This is not a traditional HR role focused solely on policy and compliance. You'll play a key role in helping the business build stronger leadership capability, improve employee experience, and implement scalable people practices that support future growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Partner with managers and leaders across the business. 

• Manage employee relations matters including: 

o Absence 

o Conduct 

o Capability 

o Grievance 

o Disciplinary 

o Probation 

o Performance management 

• Coach managers through challenging people situations. 

• Support business change and transformation projects. 

• Improve and streamline people processes. 

• Assist with HR system implementation and adoption. 

• Analyse people data and identify trends. 

• Create practical management guidance and toolkits. 

• Support leadership development initiatives. 

• Contribute to the continued evolution of the People function.

You'll already be operating in one of the following roles:

• People Business Partner 

• HR Business Partner 

• Senior HR Advisor 

• Senior People Advisor 

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

• Strong UK employment law knowledge. 

• Significant employee relations experience. 

• Experience coaching managers. 

• A pragmatic and commercially focused approach. 

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills. 

• The confidence to challenge constructively. 

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
