Job Summary
Previous Experience:
- Previous career success in new B2B business sales, such as SDR, sales executive, or business development type role.
- Industry experience - SaaS, Software, IT Services, Technology, Professional Services, Subscriptions, Utilities, Commercial Real Estate
- Track record of hitting sales targets and driving sales revenue
Inbound call centre or B2C outbound call centre experience is not of interest.
Your tool kit:
- Skilled in new business sales or telesales or as a Sales Development Rep (SDR)
- Previous track record in new business sales
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven
- You must be a “conversation starter”
- An influencer, someone who creates sales opportunity
- Build rapport and trust
- Is resilient, tenacious, and wants to win
- You could say “competitive”
- If you spoke to a customer two weeks ago, they remember you today, so.. “charismatic”
- Understands that listening is more important than talking
- Experienced in selling to business owners and leaders.
