We’re looking for proactive Business Development Managers who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and materials that drive engagement and sales.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using digital tools.
  • Organise and manage your schedule to maximise productivity during field visits and meetings.



What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT tools for sales management and reporting.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
