We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executives who thrive on high-energy environments and enjoy the challenge of generating new business partnerships.This is a pivotal role where you will be the voice of the company’s initial outreach, identifying growth opportunities and setting the stage for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential new business partners.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with both new and existing clients to ensure a strong pipeline.

Appointment Setting: Confidently pitch services to key decision-makers to secure high-quality appointments.

Brand Representation: Always maintain a professional and polished image for the company.

Sales Admin: Use your attention to detail to track interactions and prioritise follow-ups effectively.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be a tenacious "people person" with a drive to exceed targets. You should have:Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation is essential.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

Drive: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Initiative: The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and "think on your feet."

Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail.
