Our client is a growing and ambitious Energy Brokerage based in Seaham.

They’re looking for a confident, energetic, and driven Lead Generator to join their fast-paced team.

If you love speaking to people, enjoy working towards targets, and want the opportunity to earn commission on top of your basic wage, this could be the perfect role for you.

Not only will you generate quality leads, but you’ll also receive full training to develop your sales skills and learn how to close deals, giving you a real pathway to progress within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities

• Handling inbound enquiries from potential clients

• Identifying decision-makers and qualifying businesses

• Booking appointments and passing warm leads to the sales team

• Working closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

• Working towards daily and weekly activity targets

• Developing your sales knowledge with training and support

Training & Development

Full training will be provided, including coaching on:

• Lead generation and qualifying customers

• Sales techniques and objection handling

• Building confidence on the phone

• How to close deals and progress into a sales role

Commission Structure

You’ll earn 20% commission on all deals above the first £5,000.

This is a performance-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

• Office experience preferred, but not essential
