We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our client's growing energy brokerage team, selling electricity & gas contracts to SMEs and commercial clients across the UK.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Outbound B2B prospecting – calls, emails, networking
✔️ Building & managing a strong sales pipeline
✔️ Negotiating and closing electricity & gas contracts
✔️ Advising business owners & decision-makers on the best energy solutions
✔️ Managing renewals and upsell opportunities
✔️ Staying ahead of UK energy market trends
✔️ Ensuring compliance (TPI rules, GDPR) and accurate CRM management
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years B2B sales experience (energy brokerage preferred)
• Confident cold caller with strong objection-handling skills
• Competitive mindset & resilient attitude
• Target-driven with a strong work ethic
• High attention to detail (contracts & compliance matter!)
