We are looking for an experienced 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 to join a growing energy consultancy. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, developing people, and embedding a strong coaching and training culture across the business.
The sales team currently consists of approximately 80% experienced professionals within the energy sector, requiring advanced, performance-led coaching and ongoing development. As the business expands into a new office, there will also be recruitment of individuals with no prior industry experience. The successful candidate must therefore be confident in coaching seasoned advisors while training new starters from the ground up.
This position will play a key role in building and overseeing a scalable training framework that supports both audiences effectively.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮
• Conduct regular call listening and quality assessments across experienced and developing advisors.
• Deliver weekly 1-to-1 coaching sessions tailored to individual performance levels.
• Provide ongoing floor support and live coaching to drive immediate and sustained improvement.
• Collaborate with management to address underperformance and implement development plans.
𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
• Deliver ongoing training and upskilling for experienced sales staff.
• Design and implement a structured onboarding and fixed training programme for new starters with no industry experience.
• Develop training materials and coaching frameworks that cater to varying experience levels.
• Ensure all training content remains compliant, current, and aligned with best practice.
𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 & 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮
• Review, develop, and enhance training structure, strategy, and delivery across the business.
• Identify trends, skill gaps, and development needs, implementing targeted training solutions.
𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 & 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩
• Support and oversee another team member involved in training delivery within the new office.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all coaching and training activities.

• Lead the implementation of training structures for the new office, ensuring a smooth transition and scalable growth.
• Build a training framework capable of supporting both experienced advisors and new entrants to the industry.
