We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a proven ability to prospect, and a passion for hitting targets. This is a crucial role responsible for initiating the sales cycle and building a strong foundation for our continued success.


As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and effectively managing the initial customer relationship.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect for potential customers and actively create new business opportunities.
  • Attain authorisation of bills and necessary approval from customers to move the sales process forward.
  • Overcome customer objections, transforming challenges into genuine sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliance-adherent in every interaction.
  • Always maintain a professional and positive representation of our business.
  • Collaborate efficiently with a Senior Closing Specialist to ensure all generated leads are properly handled and progressed.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to all email and telephone enquiries.
  • Capitalise on sales opportunities to meet and surpass challenging targets and KPIs.
  • Manage your client base effectively to foster long-term relationships.
  • Build and sustain a robust customer pipeline to ensure continuous deal flow.
  • Attend all necessary training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

💼 Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C) is required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of telesales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to consistently achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with I.T systems relevant to a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a target-driven environment.
