Product Manager based in Morecambe, LA3

Salary: up to £40,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle—from conception and development through to launch—while ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives. This role also includes procurement management and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in product management methodologies and software development processes will be key to driving product success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs and market trends.

Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionality.

Analyse product performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and timelines.

Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product strategies to senior management.

Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in B2B sales, SaaS, Internet of Things (IoT), and AWS.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of software development processes.

Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
