A leading name in the Energy & Utilities sector based in Heworth is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their Sales Support Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar administrative or sales support position, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales documentation and validate contracts
Perform quality assurance checks on sales packs
Verify AQ data
Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases
Track outstanding information and manage AQ/CED requests
Generate ad-hoc reports and respond to data requests
Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues
Support management with ad-hoc tasks and departmental needs
Represent the team in meetings and assist with team coordination when required
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experienced in using CRM systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build relationships internally and externally
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desirable:
Experience in producing reports and statistics
Background in the energy industry
