Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Conveyancer to join our client's dynamic team. This position is office based, either full time or part time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the conveyancing department by assisting with various Conveyancing tasks related to property transactions. You would also be looking to take on your own caseload. This position is perfect for individuals looking to develop their career in the legal field, particularly in property law.
EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL IN CONVEYANCING MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS IS REQUIRED.
Duties
Deal with the preparation and submission of legal documents related to property transactions.
Dealing with Leasehold properties.
Maintain accurate and organised files for each case, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Conduct property searches and obtain relevant information from local authorities.
Raising enquiries and replies to enquiries.
Source of funds.
Reporting to client
Dealing with Exchanges and Completions
Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
