Job Summary
Our client, a leading player in the Energy & Utilities industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in energy consulting, with expertise in developing and implementing strategies to optimise energy efficiency and reduce costs.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Conduct client consultations to understand energy needs, challenges, and goals.
Develop and present compelling proposals and energy-saving solutions tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various sectors.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and insights into energy market trends and opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Experience
• Proven energy sales experience (3+ years) - References will be required
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage workload & meet targets
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
