Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial and domestic gas engineering and plumbing.
Skills in LPG installation, central heating maintenance, and plumbing.
Experience in building maintenance and general maintenance & repair.
Gas Safety Certificates.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Commercial Gas PPM works and system repairs.
- Maintain and repair HIU systems.
- Carry out plumbing tasks (excluding drainage).
- Install LPG systems and maintain central heating.
- Conduct building maintenance and general maintenance & repair duties.
- Progress to a supervisory role and manage a team in the short term.
