This is a dynamic phone-based sales role focused on both cross-selling to our existing customer base and acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads and prospect potential clients.
Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Close sales and consistently exceed targets and KPIs.
Understand customer waste management needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle objections confidently and influence decision-makers.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.
Accurately manage customer data using the company’s CRM system.
Technical Skills & Experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Confident using CRM systems and general computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilient under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
