Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior District Manager to join their Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering team as the Executive Director for a prestigious 23-hospital system within the University Hospital System in Cleveland, OH. This Academic health system, recognized as a Best Hospital by U.S. News & World Report for 2019-20, is known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership in healthcare.
In this critical role, the Senior District Manager will oversee and advance the organization’s Biomedical and Clinical Engineering functions, driving regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance. Experience
• Successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
• The ability to develop outstanding client relationships and governance structure. This individual will serve as the main point of contact with our University Hospital System client.
• Superior business acumen, agility, adept at making decisions and budget management proficiency.
• Strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees
• Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Client policies and procedures.
• Ability to ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary.
• Skills to assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and senior management, initiate action plans as necessary.
• Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers

Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing partnership.
- Oversee assigned contracts or specific service-related portions, managing performance to meet contract requirements.
- Drive the client's success for a single client organization, which may involve multiple sites and single or multiple services.

- Maintain accountability for meeting and exceeding performance standards in service delivery across client locations.
