Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ASIC Front-End Design Engineer to join a leading organization in the semiconductor industry. This role is focused on high-performance chip design and integration, requiring expertise in micro-architecture, RTL coding, and front-end digital design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting verification, firmware, FPGA, and silicon bring-up activities.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering - 10+ years of professional design experience with strong micro-architecture and front-end design background - Hands-on ASIC front-end design experience (design services background is a plus)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure designs meet Performance-Power-Area-Schedule (PPAS) requirements
- Contribute to architecture, micro-architecture, logic design, RTL integration and coding
- Perform Lint, CDC, and DFT checks, synthesis, and timing closure
- Support verification, firmware, FPGA, and silicon bring-up teams
- Integrate IPs/modules/sub-systems designed by internal and external teams
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Deliver results within strict project timelines and milestones
