As a Production Manager, you will take ownership of the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations, optimal resource allocation, and on-time delivery of quality output. You will lead and inspire cross-functional production teams — from CSR and Data Entry to QA and Escalations — driving performance through metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where operational excellence, team development, and safety culture are at the forefront.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and tactical plans.
- Lead production teams (CSR, Data Entry, QA, Escalations) with a focus on quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows using metrics, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Analyze operations to identify efficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create, approve, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Recruit, train, and coach staff; set performance standards and maintain employee records.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and safety-conscious work environment.
