Are you an experienced People professional who enjoys influencing at a senior level, shaping workplace culture and turning organisational strategy into meaningful action?

Four Talent is delighted to be working exclusively with our client to appoint a HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering an ambitious People Strategy and supporting the organisation’s aim to create an inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplace.

Working closely with the People Director and as an integral member of the People Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted partner and coach leaders across the organisation. You’ll provide strategic insight alongside practical, commercially aware solutions that strengthen organisational capability, support sustainable growth and enable positive change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development.
  • Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews.
  • Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support effective decision-making.
  • Shape and embed culture change, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coach and influence managers, leaders and colleagues across the People team.
  • Support strategic and organisation-wide People projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and risk.
  • Deputise for the People Director when required.

What we’re looking for:

  • You'll be an effective HR Business Partner with CIPD Level 5 / Chartered Status, with proven experience operating at exec level.
  • You’ll bring strong UK employment law knowledge, experience of delivering impactful people programmes and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll be comfortable working with data, managing complexity and driving change with clarity, resilience and sound judgement.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about creating a workplace where people feel included, supported and empowered to perform at their best.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a warm, supportive and purpose-led organisation, where you'll play a key role in shaping its people, culture and organisational effectiveness. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll benefit from an annual bonus, an excellent pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced family-friendly benefits, and a hybrid working model, typically spending 2-3 days per week on site.

We recommend applying as soon as possible, as screening and interviews will begin shortly.
