You'll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, maintaining digital platforms and helping to strengthen brand awareness across a range of channels.

The Role

As Marketing Administrator, you will support the delivery of a variety of marketing activities, including:

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Conducting market research to identify customer trends, market opportunities and competitor activity
• Creating engaging content for social media, websites and marketing communications
• Monitoring and analysing social media performance and engagement metrics
• Editing video content in line with brand guidelines
• Maintaining website content to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
• Keeping up to date with emerging marketing trends and digital best practice
• Providing administrative support and project coordination within the marketing team

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and highly organised, with a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and communications.Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience within a digital marketing, marketing administration or marketing assistant role
• Experience creating content and supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite and CapCut
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting
• A creative mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the team
• The ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively with colleagues
