We’re working with a well-established estate agency, with over 30 years experience of delivering a thoughtful, professional service and exceptional client care, to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the local property market, enjoys building strong relationships and is motivated by delivering results. You’ll be based in a vibrant office environment, playing a key role in the continued growth of the business while learning from highly experienced and respected professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Handling enquiries via phone and face-to-face
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Managing the full sales process from offer through to completion
- Liaising with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Generating new business opportunities and future instructions
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Representing the business professionally at all times
- Ensuring compliance with property legislation and industry standards
- Managing your own diary and workload effectively
- Experience in valuations and listings would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training and development support is provided.
About You:
- Previous experience in estate agency or a strong background in sales
- Good understanding of the UK property sales process
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Well organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, well-presented and client-focused
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- A team player who takes ownership of their results
- Good local knowledge of Northamptonshire.
Other requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What's on offer?:
- Basic salary of circa £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped monthly commission (OTE circa £50,000)
